KinderCaminata is back! Cañada College is pleased to announce that KinderCaminata, a child-oriented “career fair”, will be held on Friday, April 27th, 2007 to celebrate “The Day of the Child” (El Dia Del Niño). El Dia Del Niño is a very special holiday in Mexico and Central America and is a day when families and schools let their children know how much they are loved. It is our intention, through KinderCaminata, to provide the same care and support in partnership with the schools and families in our community.

On April 27 th our campus will come alive with hundreds of kindergarteners from local school districts as they walk through a series of career stations. KinderCaminata will give these children the promise of higher education as well as the opportunity to experience information regarding different careers. Specific information regarding time, etc. will be available closer to the day of the event.

Themes of the event are literacy, following your college dreams, and opening the doors to careers of the future. We are welcoming the College Class of 2022!
