Transcripts

Request an official transcript in one of two ways:

Please note: If you’ve attended Cañada, CSM or Skyline prior to the Summer of 1981 you cannot use  WebSMART to order your transcript.  You will need to download and complete the “Request for an Official Transcript”.

1. Online - login to WebSMART >> Student Services & Financial Aid
2. Download a Request for an Official Transcript.
   Print out and send to the Admissions and Records office for processing:
   Admissions and Records Office
   Cañada College
   4200 Farm Hill Blvd.
   Redwood City , CA 94061
   Or you may send your request via FAX (650) 306-3113.
