Project Summary: This is intended to be my instructional web site. I am aiming for an introductory page that has links to other pages. One page for each of the Biology and Health Science classes I teach at CSM. I am interested in using templates for the site.

Target Audience:

1) The target audience are the students that take my classes at CSM, and people interested in taking my classes. Demographics of students we serve: high school juniors and seniors, "traditional" college and re-entry students, and people from the community taking classes for personal enrichment.

2) The audience would want general and specific information about the classes I teach. They will be able to download class syllabi, and link to the Moodle site where all of my lecture notes and class handouts are posted.

3) An important audience for my classes are the students taking or interested in taking my web-based Bio 100 (Introduction to Natural Sciences); Bio 145 (Plants, People, and the Environment); and a new web-based class I will offer for the first time in fall 2007, HSCI 100 (General Health Science.)

Targeted Message: This is Professor Tania Beliz's instructional web site. The site is designed to give you general information about the classes I teach, textbooks you will need for each class, readings, and general guidelines for each one my classes.
